How to Suspend Your MertonTalks Subscription

If you wish to suspend your subscription to MertonTalks, please follow the steps below. We’ll be sad to see you go, but you’re always welcome to come back.

  1. Log in to your account using your e-mail address and password.

  2. From your account page, click the “My Subscriptions” tab. It will be the bottom option under “My Account” on the left-hand side of the screen.

  3. On the “My Subscriptions” page, click the link to your subscription beneath the heading “Payment Reference ID.” The link should be a series of capital letters and numbers.

  4. Click the large, yellow “Suspend” button at the top of the page.

  5. Done! Your MertonTalks subscription is now suspended.

What Does Suspending Your MertonTalks Subscription Mean?

Once your subscription is suspended, a stop will be placed on your monthly, automatic payments. You will not receive any new MertonTalks. You will, however, still be able to access the MertonTalks that you have previously paid for through your “My Downloadable Products” tab.

What If You Change Your Mind?

If you change your mind in the future, you can reactivate your MertonTalks subscription and pick up where you left off. Simply retrace Steps 1-3 above, clicking the large, yellow “Activate” button when you reach Step 4. NOTE: reactivating your subscription will re-initialize your automatic payments.
